Ibb provides all facilities to the exporting and importing merchants at excellent prices and high speed of work. The company also acts as a commercial mediator between the buyer and the manufacturer directly.

Requesting the product
The customer determines the product type, specification, the quantity, and the shipping method from the targeted market. Ibb will search the requested products and introduce the best offers to the customer. Ibb will provide the quotation upon the customer selection.
Samples Shipping (if requested)
Ibb will ship the samples of the product to the customer on his account.
Transferring the down payment
Upon confirmation, the customer will transfer the down payment (40% of the total amount) to Ibb bank account.
Product Shipping
After preparing the shipment of the product, the customer will transfer 60% of the total amount. The product will be shipped by the agreed shipping method and keeping the customer constantly informed about the shipment status.
Product Receiving
The customer will receive the documents to clear the shipment
After receiving the shipment
Ibb will address any issues raised by the customer and ensure its satisfaction.
